Deposit
A deposit is due with your application. This is a non-refundable deposit that reserves your place at camp. Deposit amount are as follows:
- Early Start $100
- Pathfinder Therapy & Trailblazer: $200
- Adventure Camp: $100
- Urban Adventure: $100
Your application is complete when we have received both your application and your deposit.
*Program fees do not include lodging at YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch (necessary for our Pathfinder Therapy and Trailblazer families).
NEW as of 2011!
Lodging for Adam’s Camp therapy families will be arranged directly through YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch. With this new change, families will be able to arrange for their specific lodging needs.
Snow Mountain Ranch will be setting aside a block of 2 and 3 bedroom cabins at the Adam’s Camp discounted member rate. In April, families will be assigned a group reservation number to secure a reservation directly with Snow Mountain Ranch.
Rates for 2011:
2 bedroom cabin: $174 + tax per night / $1044 + tax total for 6 nights
3 bedroom cabin: $244 + tax per night / $1464 + tax total for 6 nights
*tax is 5.7%

Please note:
If you are in need of lodging outside of this reserved block, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Other lodging options may include: additional days outside of camp dates, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom cabins or vacation homes, lodge rooms, camp sites or yurts. Snow Mountain Ranch will offer Adam’s Camp families a discounted rate for all lodging options. Information about all Snow Mountain Ranch accommodations can be viewed here.
Snow Mountain Ranch will require a deposit of 35% of the total lodging cost upon the time of reservation in April in order to secure your lodging preference.
For families choosing to stay off-site, there will be a $100 activities fee for use of Snow Mountain Ranch facilities (such as swimming, miniature golf, etc.), which will be added to your final invoice.
