Status: Independent Contractor Reports to: Program Director
JOB SUMMARY: The Pediatric Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one intensive therapy to 4 children while working on a multidisciplinary team. The therapy day runs 9:00am-12:00pm; afternoons (until 2:30pm) are dedicated to working with your team to develop goals, interventions, and strategies for success for each camper. Therapists are hired for one week sessions. The camp week runs Monday – Friday. The Therapist’s responsibilities run from 8:30am Monday through 4:00pm Friday. Early Start sessions are held twice a year – spring and fall – in the Denver metro area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated ability to work on a team
- Must be goal-oriented
- Must have experience with the populations we serve
- Must be highly organized
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in specific discipline
- Appropriate license/certification in specific discipline
- Clinical pediatric experience preferred
- Professional Liability Insurance for the time you are contracted to work
- CPR certified encouraged

Status: Independent Contractor Reports to: Program Director
JOB SUMMARY: The Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one intensive therapy (Pathfinder) or activity-based therapy (Trailblazer) to 5 children while working on a multidisciplinary team. The therapy day runs 8:30am-2:30pm; afternoons/evenings are dedicated to working with your team to develop goals, interventions, and strategies for success for each camper. Therapists are hired for one week sessions. Please note: this is not a full-time summer position. The camp week runs Monday – Saturday. The Therapist’s responsibilities run from 8:30am Monday through 8:00pm Saturday. Sessions are held 5 times a year at YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch, located 2 hours from Denver. Accommodations and dinners are provided.
