Our Board of Directors is an integral part of Adam’s Camp’s success. It is a working board that provides direction and support for the programs and organization, as well as being ambassadors for Adam’s Camp and our mission.
President, Bill Harmon
Bill is the VP of Retirement Services with Great West Life. He and his family have been campers since 2003, and Bill has been a board member since 2006. Pictured with wife Jodi, sons Will (Adam’s Camper), Layton and daughter Amaya.

Vice President, Brian Simms, M.A. CCC-SLP
Brian is a well-known Speech Language Pathologist and Assistive Technology Specialist in the Colorado community and has presented at conferences nationally on a variety of assistive technology topics. He has been involved with Adam’s Camp since 1998 and is the founder/owner of Colorado Therapy Associates. Brian lives in Thornton, CO with his wife Heather and their two children.
Treasurer, Clay Waller
Clay Waller is an Audit Manager with Eide Bailly LLP and has been involved with Adam’s Camp for about 4 years. Since his involvement, he has been passionate about promoting Adam’s Camp and its mission. In his free time, Clay enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his wife Angie and children Isabella (4) and Jackson (2). Clay graduated from the University of Wyoming with an undergraduate and Masters degree in Accounting.
Secretary, Kim Ribich
Kim currently works at the Colorado Health Foundation, but has been an integral part of Adam’s Camp since 2003. She began her involvement working full time with Adam’s Camp and continues her valuable support now as an active member of the Board of Directors. Kim and her husband Paul, have been instrumental in helping Adam’s Camp regardless of the task at hand.
Board Member, Jim Brennan
Jim owns a film and video production company with his bride, Veronica, in Aurora, Colorado. They have been attending Adam’s Camp with their two children, Ian and Isabella since 2003. Jim enjoys writing, reading, agitating and boat rocking.
Board Member, Jane Buckley
Jane is an Adam’s Camp “community volunteer” extraordinaire. As well as being a mother of four, she and her husband Steve have been wonderful supporters of Adam’s Camp since 2004. Jane is the Chair of the Development and Special Events Committee. “Our whole family holds Adam’s Camp in a very special place in our hearts. We believe all children with special needs deserve the very same life experience as all kids. We love the Winter Dance and all of the summer programs Adam’s Camp offers!”
Board Member, Bob Horney
Bob is a full-time Adam’s Camp volunteer focused on the development and expansion of Adam’s Camp Outreach programs – helping others establish Adam’s Camp programs throughout the U.S. and other countries. Bob loves his wife, Karel; their twin boys Adam & Jared, mountaineering and cooking in roughly that order.
Board Member, Nancy Lataitis, MD
Dr. Nancy Broady Lataitis is a pediatrician/partner at Partners In Pediatrics. She’s the married mother of two teenagers. Nancy has been a supporter of Adam’s Camp since 1988 when she first met Adam and his family through her practice. She and her teenagers have volunteered at several Adam’s Camp therapy sessions. Nancy is an avid sports fan who loves to ski and travel with her family.
Board Member, Sharon Link, Esq.
Sharon has been involved with the Adam’s Camp Spring Event for several years and joined the Board of Directors in 2010. She and her husband, Rob, are an active part of the philanthropic community and enjoy the outdoors and watching their three kids play sports.
Board Member, Rob Malkin
Rob is a Business Development Executive with IBM/Infoprint Solutions. Pictured with wife Korinn, the Malkin family has been involved with Adam’s Camp since 1994. Through his company and other connections, Rob has secured thousands of dollars worth of donated printing over the years. Both daughter Dawn and son Evan have been Camp volunteers. Rob has been a Board Member since 2007. He and his family are thrilled to be a part of this wonderful organization.
Board Member, Jesse Ogas

Jesse Ogas, Corporate Relations Director for Arc Thrift Stores, is responsible for keeping the community engaged with Arc’s mission and seeking out new collaborative partnerships. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Escuela Tlatelolco; Vice Chair of the Board for Latina Safehouse Initiative; Board member on the Mental Health Center of Denver’s Board; Commissioner for the Latino Commission; and Liason to the Mayors Advisory Board. Jesse is also an actor with Su Teatro, a local Latino theatre company. He is also the third partner in a very interesting “Singing” catering company called Encantada catering. Jesse is the proud father of two boys, 29 and 23 and is also a grandfather to Elena, 9 and Trent 1. “My passion was inspired with the very folks that I’m working to make a difference for. Working with a vulnerable population who should be angry and bitter, yet look at the world every day with love, non-judgment, truth and understanding, makes me realize how much work the rest of us really have as we walk this journey of life!”
Board Member, Bill Plummer
Bill joined the Adam’s Camp Board of Directors in 2009, just recently retired from his position at First Bank as Executive Vice President. Bill was introduced to Adam’s Camp through Bill Iwata who now serves on the Adam’s Camp Advisory Board. Bill has known about Adams Camp for several years and is very excited about the opportunity to serve on the Board. Bill enjoys outdoor sports including running and biking.
Board Member, Cindy Wells
Cindy has served on the Board of Adam’s Camp since 2008, but has been involved with Adam’s Camp as a Community Volunteer for many years. Cindy served as the Chair for the Adam’s Camp Spring Event for two years, and is a tremendous ambassador for the program. Cindy and her husband Randy have three active kids, with whom she is very involved as well.
Advisory Committee, Janet Elway
Janet Elway is a familiar name in the Denver community. A graduate of Stanford, Janet held many national records in swimming until an injury cut her career short. She participates in a number of community organizations, but has a special place in her heart for Adam’s Camp. She has served as honorary chair of the family event since 2000, and has opened her home for both fundraising events and programs. The Urban Adventure Camp was based at her home for 2 years. Janet’s first love is her 4 children.
Advisory Committee, Paige Schuster
Paige is a Senior Executive Hospital Customer Representative with Merck & Co. Inc, and has served on the Adam’s Camp Board of Directors since 2007. Paige has been a wonderful Ambassador for Adam’s Camp for years and has twice chaired the Adam’s Camp Spring event. Paige and her husband Karl love waterskiing and are life-long Sooner fans.
Advisory Committee, Lloyd Sweet, CPA, Partner, EID
Lloyd has been an integral part of the Adam’s Camp family for over 15 years and has served twice as the Board President. Lloyd has also served on the Developmental Pathways Executive Committee since 1990 and is the recipient of Frances Owens Family Involvement Award, the Colorado Society of CPA’s 2006 Everyday Hero Award and Adam’s Camp Kevin Taylor Award for Service.
Advisory Board Member, Cathy Wiebe
Cathy Wiebe is a Community volunteer for Adam’s Camp and has served on the Board since 2003. Cathy is a true “doer” and has been involved in many of Adam’s Camp’s fundraising events. Cathy and her husband, Mark, a well known PGA golfer, host the annual Adam’s Camp Golf Classic. Cathy and Mark’s 3 kids have all contributed to Adam’s Camp as volunteers, making the Wiebe’s a true Adam’s Camp family!
